I totally forgot about this when I made that last post but I also found this on a tree near the fence. Not sure if it's anything or what, but it looks kind of like the one I got on the envelope.
If anyone knows or can figure out (as you've probably discovered by this point, I'm not too good on internet research) what the hell this thing could possibly be, let me know in the comments. Thanks.

This looks like it was burned into the tree, its too perfect to have been hand or free drawn. Also reevaluate the "I like trees " statement now that you have this clue. Check and observe any other trees in the area, perhaps?

Reevaluating "i like trees" is probably a really good idea. I did look at the other trees and there wasn't anything, and no, it hasn't rained in a while, probably since...March I'd say. Thanks for the tip.
ReplyDeleteThat looks like it was carved using a stencil, so it's definitely there intentionally.
ReplyDeletePerhaps, think of it as a point of reference. Try placing your eye level at the same height and looking around. Maybe what you see is another hint.
The spray paint looks at least two months old, hence the rain question.
